At InnoSécur, we respect your right to privacy and the confidentiality of your personal information. We are committed to protecting it and using it only for the purposes for which it was collected. This privacy policy applies to all personal information collected by InnoSécur through the InnoSécur website (https://innosecur.ca/, hereinafter: the “Site”)(the “Policy”). The Policy is subject to Quebec law in this area, the Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector (the Private Sector Act / LPRPSP), as well as other applicable legislative and regulatory provisions.

The Policy complies with the laws set out in the Private Sector Act (LPRPSP).

Personal information collected on our Site will be used only for the purposes specified in the Policy or indicated on important pages of our Site. We do not use your information beyond what we disclose.
The information collected is used by InnoSécur for the following reasons:
- To facilitate the use of our websites and ensure that content is relevant, and to ensure that the content of our websites is presented in the most effective way for you and your device
- For marketing and business development purposes to provide you with details about our upcoming training sessions, upcoming events, and new information about InnoSécur when a person has chosen to receive such information
- To allow us to communicate with you regarding your membership request
- To prevent and investigate possible breaches of the security of our Site or activities that may prove to be prohibited or illegal.
How personal information is used
We may disclose your personal information to any member of our organization who needs access to user data to achieve the objectives set out in the Policy.

We undertake not to sell or disclose your personal information to third parties, except in the following cases:

- to establish and protect our legal rights
