Beonyx is a Quebec company founded in 2023 by Michael Martel and Louis Déry. It designs and builds the B1, a Canadian-made, eight-wheeled, articulated all-terrain autonomous electric vehicle. Thanks to its patented rocker-arm suspension, the B1 carries up to 3,000 lb of payload, handles 35° lateral and 60° frontal slopes and offers up to 250 km of range. Its modular platform is used in defence and civil security, emergency response, resupply and remote infrastructure. In 2026, Beonyx was selected as one of nine recipients of a Minerva program defence innovation grant.
